April 2026 Chairman's Chat

Dear Members,

As we move into April, I want to thank everyone who joined us in March at The Seasoned Banquet Hall in Plymouth. We greatly appreciate Dr. Webber stepping up and being the speaker for this event. The continued participation and support from our members is what will continue to drive us forward.

We are excited for our upcoming event on April 20th at Eagle Glen, where our Company of the Month will be PADNOS. Randy Knibble be speaking at the event. PADNOS continues to play a significant role within our industry, and we look forward to what will undoubtedly be an insightful and valuable discussion

As a reminder, our annual golf outing is scheduled for July 18th at Eagle Glen. Planning is well underway, and we are looking forward to another strong turnout. This event continues to be a great opportunity for networking, relationship-building, and supporting the chapter in a more informal setting.

We are also continuing our collaboration with the AFS Channel Induction Furnace Committee for a potential event this September. More details will be shared as they become available, and we are excited about the opportunity to bring additional technical value to our members through this partnership.

As our chapter grows, we remain focused on strengthening our leadership and are actively seeking individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors. If you or someone you know would be interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your continued engagement, support, and commitment to our chapter and the industry. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.
